Maisie joined our team as a part-time veterinary assistant in 2023 while she was still in high school. She lives in Portland and is currently starting her undergraduate studies and planning to major in Animal Science. As a kid, Maisie started riding in a hunter/jumper program that has given her experience riding all kinds of horses, from ponies to off the track Thoroughbreds and Warmbloods. Some day she hopes to own a horse of her own.

Outside of school and work, Maisie loves to be outside and participates in a wide variety of activities including ultimate frisbee, hiking, and skiing with her friends and family. At home she has a black lab mix named Chinook who loves a good belly scratch, and also some backyard chickens.
